Afro Samurai Resurrection 1s — the story

A hand-painted Afro Samurai: Resurrection build across black-patent Jordan 1 Lows. Afro stands in silhouette inside the crimson sun on one heel with his masked rival across the other, brushed kanji and AFRO SAMURAI lettering cut through the panels, blood-spatter rides the white leather and midsoles, and an icy translucent outsole closes it out. Comic panels on one shoe, title card on the other — a two-shoe episode.

Treacherous Waters — the story

A KAWS-inspired plunge on the Air Force 1: purple fades into a teal undertow full of fish, bubbles, and circling sharks. XX marks over the toes, “Sink or Swim?” and “No Life Boat” hand-lettered along the midsoles, gloved KAWS hands and a Trap House scene at the heels, thrashed vintage tongues up top.
