The story
The Air Jordan 12 is the shoe of the 'Flu Game' — Tinker Hatfield's 1996 rising-sun-inspired design that MJ wore through the 1997 Finals. It was also the first Jordan with Zoom Air, and its quilted leather build makes it one of the most durable retros in the line.
The 'Bucks' colorway digs into PE history: in the early 2000s, Ray Allen — one of the most famous Jordan Brand athletes ever — wore AJ12 PEs in Milwaukee's purple and green. This release echoes those pairs using the classic 'Cherry' layout with Gorge Green and Fierce Purple on a Summit White base.
