The ones to actually chase
Jordan 1 'Love Letter' (Aug 1) — a tribute to MJ's 2003 farewell letter to basketball. The letter itself isn't printed on the shoe; his sign-off, 'Much Love and Respect,' is debossed on the inner ankle flap, with a leather hangtag to match. Story pairs like this age well.

The Kobe slate — August thinned out late: the 8 'Mambacurial' slid to September 19 (the $200 tag holds) and the 5 'Dodgers' moved to September 8, leaving the 10 Elite Low 'Halo' to carry the month on August 23 — Kobe's birthday, his would-be 48th. Don't call it Mamba Day: Nike runs that on April 13, and Kobe Bryant Day is 8/24. Kobe releases are still the hardest wins on SNKRS; enter everything.
